Start by opening the booking form (link on this page) or WhatsApp +254 712 555 444. Provide event date, venue, set type and technical needs. We reply within 24 hours (Mon–Sat). A 50% deposit confirms your date.

What genres and set lengths are offered?

We fuse Afrobeat, Amapiano, House and global bass. Set lengths vary—clubs/festivals per set pricing from KSh 30,000; private events from KSh 50,000. Specify preferred duration in the booking form.

What are your payment methods and deposit rules?

Accepted: M-Pesa (Till/Paybill provided on invoice), Bank Transfer (on request), Cash (on event day). Deposit is 50%; remaining 50% due on or before performance day.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations: 7+ days — full deposit refund; 3–6 days — 50% deposit refund; within 48 hours — deposit non‑refundable. If we cancel, you'll receive a full refund or a rebooking credit.

Do you travel and what technical requirements should we expect?

We perform Kenya-wide (Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru) and internationally by arrangement. Technical rider available on request via the booking form.

Cancellations & refunds: 7+ days before — full deposit refund; 3–6 days — 50% deposit refund; within 48 hours — deposit non‑refundable. If VibeCartel cancels, client receives full refund or rebooking credit.

Overtime: Hourly billing for sets extended beyond agreed time; extensions requested at least 30 minutes before scheduled end.
